Head of Immunology, Portfolio Manager - 176061

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Immunology, Portfolio Manager - 176061 to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space. This leadership role will oversee complex clinical development portfolios with a strong focus on Immunology and related therapeutic areas. The position is designed for a strategic operator who can balance portfolio performance, financial stewardship, resource planning, and client alignment across multiple global programs. In addition to guiding execution, the role will help shape proposal strategy and support account growth in a highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will also mentor senior project leaders and strengthen the overall delivery organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $270,000 – $360,000 annually Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight of global clinical development programs in Immunology and Infectious Disease. Lead portfolio strategy, financial performance, and resource planning across major accounts. Drive business development through proposal strategy and account expansion. Develop and mentor Directors and project management leaders to build a high-performing team. Ensure alignment with client objectives, timelines, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field. 15+ years of clinical research experience. 10+ years of project or portfolio management leadership experience.
