The Role
You will lead the go-to-market strategy for Human Risk Management (HRM) end-to-end. Your responsibilities include driving new ARR and NDR through customer expansion, assessing win rates, advising sales motions, positioning HRM, building the demand engine, and collaborating with various functions including Product, Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success.
What You Will Do
- Drive net new ARR and NDR through current customer expansion
- Assess win rates against the incumbent
- Advises AE and CSM sales motions specific to HRM
- Drives competitive positioning across battle cards, demo narratives, and deal-desk strategy
- Builds the demand engine that feeds the funnel: cross-sells into the existing Doppel DRP base, partners with Marketing and BDR leadership on outbound campaigns, and owns conversion from MQL through closed-won
We Are Looking For
- A GTM leader with a track record of scaling a new or category-defining product line
- Experience selling or leading GTM at a Human Risk Management, Security Awareness Training, phishing simulation, red teaming, or phishing defense company
- Comfortable presenting HRM to CISOs and operating cross-functionally
- Ability to quickly problem-solve and operate with high agency
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
