Head of Growth at BairesDev We are seeking a Head of Growth to lead the full-funnel growth strategy and build the systems, processes, and team needed to scale revenue efficiently. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, and requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with rigorous execution. What You'll Do: - Define and own the company's end-to-end growth strategy, from top-of-funnel acquisition to expansion and referral.- Build and lead a cross-functional growth team, establishing a high-cadence experimentation and optimization culture.- Partner with product and engineering to embed growth mechanics into the product experience.- Oversee growth channel mix and budget allocation, maximizing efficiency and return across paid, owned, and earned media.- Establish growth metrics, OKRs, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into funnel performance.- Present growth strategy, results, and investment plans to executive leadership and key stakeholders. What we are looking for: - 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or growth leadership roles, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.- Demonstrated ability to build and scale growth programs that drive significant, measurable revenue impact.- Deep expertise across multiple growth channels and strong command of growth analytics and attribution.- Experience leading and developing growth teams across marketing, product, and data disciplines.- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, data-driven approach to problem solving.
