Head of Funding

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Funding to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape and execute funding strategy across debt and equity capital markets, liquidity planning, and collateral management. The position partners closely with Treasury Operations, Asset/Liability Management, and executive leadership to support informed decision-making and strong risk controls. It is a highly cross-functional role focused on cash flow visibility, funding risk oversight, and disciplined capital management. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $121,900 – $262,100 annually Responsibilities Lead execution of debt and equity capital markets transactions Quantify daily cash flow projections and provide regular oversight Develop funding plans in collaboration with the Asset/Liability Management team Foster cross-functional collaboration for emerging payment rails and related controls Manage and optimize collateral in coordination with Treasury Operations Establish key risk indicators for funding risk Prepare funding risk materials for Executive Management to support decision-making Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics required 10+ years of Treasury-related experience in Asset/Liability, Funding/Liquidity, or Investment Portfolio Preferred experience with debt and equity capital markets Strong analytical, modeling, and database skills required Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off including vacation and sick days Professional development and training opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
