About the role

The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
• Manage the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Proven track record of successful financial management and leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred
• Experience with financial software and systems
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

Pay

• $120,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule

• Full-time
