Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash management activities across multiple entities.
- Build, document, and enhance finance processes, internal controls, and reporting frameworks.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, accountants, banks, and key service providers.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and support global consolidation requirements.
- Partner with executive leadership on investment analysis, due diligence, entity structuring, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive the development of a scalable, self-sufficient finance function capable of supporting long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred.
- Prior experience within a family office, real estate, or investment management required.
- Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, multi-entity financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement.
- Experience working within international organizations and supporting cross-border finance operations.
