Head of Finance and Operations

Qualifications

• Strength in core finance disciplines, including Finance and Financial Statements, with experience in interpreting and guiding strategic decisions from financial data.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Budgeting, including building forecasts, managing budgets, and presenting financial results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights, models, and recommendations for both financial and operational initiatives.
• Experience leading operations in a growing technology or SaaS company, including process design, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments (HIPAA or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including managing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategic projects to completion.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial and operational concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
