Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple teams within the Final Expense Sales organization
- Define and own performance KPIs, fostering a data-driven culture
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing agents and managers
- Continuously improve sales playbooks and scripts for customer engagement
- Create coaching programs for performance enhancement at all levels
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to test and implement new sales strategies
- Create staffing plans in collaboration with Finance to meet targets
- Design compensation plans aligned with business goals
Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of sales leadership experience in B2C or high-volume sales environments
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling operations
- Deep expertise in final expense or whole life insurance products preferred
- Experience in designing agent compensation plans and managing staffing models
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce
- Proven talent development skills with a focus on building high-performance teams
- Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally using data and customer insights

$119,000 – $210,000 annually
