Job Summary

We're looking for a highly driven, hands-on Head of Field Marketing to establish and scale our field marketing program. This is not an event coordinator role. We need a startup-minded marketer who can build programs from scratch, execute flawlessly, and create meaningful engagement opportunities with security leaders that drives brand awareness, pipeline growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Frame's field marketing strategy, including conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, customer events, and partner events.

  • Own and manage event execution end-to-end, including vendor coordination, logistics, travel, booth design, swag, signage, attendee experience and post-event follow-up.

  • Drive pipeline generation through creative field marketing initiatives and close partnership with Sales and Partner teams.

  • Leverage cybersecurity industry knowledge to recommend the highest-impact events, communities, and sponsorship opportunities.

  • Collaborate with GTM Systems & Tools teams to ensure accurate lead capture, attribution, campaign measurement and event ROI.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, project plans, and reporting with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Cook up cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Leadership, customers, and partners to meet deadlines, obtain necessary feedback, approvals and decisions ensuring seamless alignment and execution.

  • Equip sales teams with the information, resources, and logistics they need to maximize event success.

  • Continuously test new ideas, event formats, and engagement strategies to strengthen Frame's presence within the cybersecurity community.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B field marketing experience

  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and buyer landscape

  • Proven experience driving pipeline-generating marketing programs and showing event ROI to executive leadership

  • Ability to travel and be onsite for key events

  • Strong project management and operational execution skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
