For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Demand Engine to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $245,000 – $275,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and manage the demand programs strategy and execution calendar Create integrated programs using product stories and market insights Establish a high-velocity testing practice for demand generation Lead the execution of global paid digital demand strategies Drive digital demand through various channels including webinars and email Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure robust ROI and campaign reporting Build strategies for account-based and partner marketing Qualifications 5-7 years of experience building and scaling B2B demand programs Proven ability to identify successful programs through sharp audience and offer alignment Extensive experience with digital demand channels including email and paid strategies Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting and attribution Proven leadership in rapidly changing environments Experience working on a global scale or openness to learn Ability to navigate ambiguity and help shape new models Benefits Flexible work location with options in San Francisco or New York City Competitive cash compensation and equity options Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative team environment with specified in-office days for teamwork Centrally involved role impacting company-wide demand generation strategy Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
