Head of Customer Success and Support Ops

For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Head of Customer Success and Support Ops to join their team. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Customer Success, Professional Services, and Renewals departments
• Develop strategies for onboarding and customer adoption
• Oversee retention and revenue growth initiatives across all customer motions
• Establish a consistent global customer operating model
• Build a customer success motion for channel partnerships
• Enhance data-as-a-service customer success strategies
• Implement structured customer success scorecards and performance metrics

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in post-sales revenue leadership roles
• Proven track record in improving customer retention and renewal outcomes
• Experience with direct, channel, and data solution sales motions
• Strong understanding of enterprise customer dynamics and engagement
• Ability to build and manage global operating models for customer success
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on simplifying complexity
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable value from product adoption

Pay

$320,000 – $365,000 annually
