A proprietary trading firm with offices in Chicago, NYC, and Miami is looking to hire a tech/team lead for their core development team (potential CTO). The firm specializes in algorithmic and high-frequency trading strategies across equities, options, and futures.

Requirements

Candidates must have a C++ low-latency trading background and be able to lead a team of 10‑20 engineers.

Pay

~ $250‑400K base plus bonus.
