About the role
We are looking for a Head of Continuous Improvement to build and lead the enterprise operational-excellence program. You will deploy Lean and Six Sigma across functions and sites, deliver quantified cost, quality, and cycle-time improvements, and instill a durable culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- CI Strategy: Design and lead the enterprise continuous-improvement program and operating-excellence roadmap.
- Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across functions and sites.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute process-improvement initiatives with measurable ROI.
- Train and certify teams; build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track improvement and sustain gains.
- Partner with operations, quality, and finance to embed improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in continuous improvement / operational excellence, including team leadership.
- Methodology: Deep Lean and Six Sigma expertise (Black Belt or Master Black Belt).
- Results: Track record delivering quantified cost, quality, and cycle-time improvements.
- Change Management: Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change across an organization.
- Analytical: Strong data analysis and structured problem-solving skills.
- Influence: Ability to lead through influence across functions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's required; engineering or operations background preferred.
