About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Continuous Improvement to build and lead the enterprise operational-excellence program. You will deploy Lean and Six Sigma across functions and sites, deliver quantified cost, quality, and cycle-time improvements, and instill a durable culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the enterprise continuous-improvement program and operating-excellence roadmap.
- Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across functions and sites.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute process-improvement initiatives with measurable ROI.
- Train and certify teams; build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track improvement and sustain gains.
- Partner with operations, quality, and finance to embed improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years in continuous improvement / operational excellence, including team leadership.
- Deep Lean and Six Sigma expertise (Black Belt or Master Black Belt).
- Track record delivering quantified cost, quality, and cycle-time improvements.
- Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change across an organization.
- Strong data analysis and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead through influence across functions.
- Bachelor's degree required; engineering or operations background preferred.
Bonus Points
- Master Black Belt certification.
- Shop-floor / manufacturing improvement experience.
- Experience with digital- or automation-enabled process improvement.
- Experience deploying CI across multiple facilities.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $350,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
