Head of Content, Founders School - $400,000/year USD

Key Responsibilities

• Create and distribute multi-platform narrative packages drawn from authentic student-founder achievements, validated progress indicators, and school experiences that generate reach and drive admissions interest
• Convert workshops, mentor sessions, founder presentations, and student experiences into content that educates on entrepreneurship while reinforcing confidence in the Founders School approach
• Identify and extract the most credible and shareable moments from live Founders School events, workshops, and speaker programs and structure them into thought-leadership content for teens, parents, and guest speakers
• Guide students in building their own audiences and communicating their journeys, developing them into genuine content creators and sustainable content sources
• Manage full-cycle content execution across platforms: narrative identification, hook formulation, production, distribution, and iterative performance optimization
• Analyze engagement metrics weekly and systematically refine content angles, formats, and distribution tactics based on measurable performance
• Integrate AI tools throughout the workflow—research, scripting, editing, repurposing, and analytics—to sustain high-volume, high-quality content production

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record of driving audience growth through organic content, evidenced by a portfolio demonstrating proof-based storytelling and measurable outcomes in reach, engagement, or demand generation
• Proven ability to identify compelling narrative angles from raw interviews, footage, and milestone data and structure them into platform-native formats across at least two channels
• Active use of AI-enabled content workflows: ability to articulate specific tools employed at each stage of research, scripting, editing, repurposing, and analytics
• Proven ability to mentor creators, founders, students, or subject matter experts in producing compelling content and growing audiences
• Sincere conviction that teenagers can build real companies and that entrepreneurship serves as a positive force
• Willingness to work full-time, in-person in New York, NY
