About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI models to improve agent performance and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize existing systems and develop new features to integrate AI capabilities into our workflow.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI models based on performance metrics and user feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing and computer vision.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
