As a member of the leadership team reporting directly to the General Manager and dotted line to the KDP Coffee Operating Unit (COU) North American Leadership Team (NALT) Head of Coffee, Stumptown’s Head of Coffee and Education is responsible for coffee sourcing, logistics and quality – both green and roasted. This role leads the Coffee Team, which includes Green Coffee Purchasing, Traffic (logistics), Quality Control (green coffee), Quality Assurance (roasted coffee). This role additionally manages the Coffee Education team, responsible for training Stumptown baristas and wholesale customers in Stumptown’s philosophy and standards, as well as supporting industry and community tast
