About the role

The leader will be entrusted with leading a team of established sellers covering index linked investments inclusive of ETFs, mutual funds, SMA, and direct indexing solution. The role involves collaborating with the head of index wealth and the broader LSEG organization to accelerate index education and asset‑based revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the head of index wealth and the broader LSEG organization to ensure acceleration of index education and asset‑based revenue growth
• Lead a high‑engagement culture and consistently meet with clients on product
• Partner with product and marketing teams to elevate the brand and align with strategic priorities
• Demonstrate a hard‑working mentality, motivate and inspire people toward a positive strategic vision
• Develop people and act as a driving force for change
• Bring experience in media and leading flagship events catering to ETFs
• Leverage a strong network among senior decision makers at the largest ETF issuers
• Apply strong comprehension of investment themes and asset allocation
• Present and communicate effectively with executive leadership
• Serve as a member of the regional leadership team
• Travel 50%+ of the time

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team of established sellers in index‑linked investments (ETFs, mutual funds, SMA, direct indexing)
• Experience in media and leading flagship ETF events
• Established network with senior decision makers at major ETF issuers
• Deep understanding of investment themes and asset allocation
• Ability to present and communicate with executive leadership
• Willingness to travel 50%+

Qualifications

• Director‑level career stage
