About the role
This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $202,400 – $303,600 annually.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the operating rhythm for enterprise-wide technology operations including planning cycles and action tracking
- Advise the CTOO on priorities and portfolio alignment with strategic business goals
- Manage a centralized intake process for work requests, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation
- Oversee financial management, including budget forecasting and tracking operational expenses in collaboration with FP&A teams
- Drive vendor performance reviews and manage the lifecycle of contracts and rate cards for optimally consolidating spend
- Develop and maintain KPIs and OKRs, ensuring data integrity and usable insights for decision-making
- Implement standardized processes and promote continuous improvement initiatives across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
- 12+ years in a leadership or operational role in technology companies, ideally with 5 years involving direct collaboration with C-level executives
- Experience in managing a multi-million dollar operating budget and vendor portfolio
- Solid understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and performance drivers specific to technology organizations
- Demonstrated capability in demand and capacity management, prioritization, and resource allocation under competing demands
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and operational data effectively
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
