About the role
This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a multi-year global strategy for Audit, Risk, and Compliance
- Own the SOX and ICFR readiness strategy and internal audit plan with actionable insights
- Manage the global regulatory compliance roadmap including fintech-specific requirements
- Drive modernization of compliance operations through technology and automation
- Embed compliance controls into business workflows while ensuring effective remediation
- Recruit and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team and advise the C-suite on risk governance
Qualifications
- 12+ years of leadership experience in internal audit, SOX, enterprise risk, and compliance within high-growth tech or fintech environments
- Deep knowledge of SOX/ICFR, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with auditing automated controls and understanding technology's impact on financial data integrity
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into efficient operational processes
- Strong executive presence for communicating technical risk concepts to C-suite and Board
- A builder mindset, capable of designing compliant processes that allow for operational speed
