Head of Artificial Intelligence & Data Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI and data intelligence strategy in alignment with company goals
• Lead teams of data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and deploy AI models and data solutions
• Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets to extract actionable insights
• Promote the adoption of AI and analytics tools across departments to improve efficiency and innovation
• Ensure data quality, compliance with data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
• Stay abreast of emerging AI and data technologies and industry best practices
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field; PhD preferred
• 8+ years of experience in AI, data science, or data engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
• Experience with AI frameworks and big data technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hadoop, Spark)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data concepts to business audiences
• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and ethical considerations in AI
• Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
