Responsibilities
- Leverage data and information to fundamentally alter outcomes for the business
- Evaluate and integrate multiple acquisitions
- Coach, mentor, motivate and manage analytics team members
- Engage with key functional leaders (executives and non-executives) demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and the ways in which data analytics products and services can be applied to create value for their teams and business
- Actively manage analytics team projects and deliverables; effectively manage changes in project scope, monitor risks, and communicate project expectations in a timely fashion
- Help migrate the analytic and data infrastructure to an AI enabled approach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent required
- Superior problem-solving skills
- Exceptional Analytic skills
- 5+ Years of management experience and 4+ years of managing analytics teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven results in positively influencing senior leaders and operational employees alike
- Demonstrated proficiency with analytic and problem-solving tools: e.g., Excel, MS Power-BI, SQL, Python, Spark
- Experience with Digital marketing analytics and with Google products: Analytics, Ads, Console, Tags, Big Query & Cloud Platform
- Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA) and methodologies (Kanban)
- Experience with financial analysis
- Background in systems integrations and migrations is a plus
