Head of AI Products

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing AI Products team through hiring, coaching, and mentoring
• Establish best practices and quality standards for AI and agent systems across the engineering team
• Own and define the technical vision for the AI and agent platform
• Transform ambiguous go-to-market challenges into ready-to-launch AI functionalities, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ensure quality and reliability in the delivery of AI projects, managing the model upgrade pipeline

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in building and shipping ML or AI/LLM systems in production
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams
• Promised ability to build and scale AI-powered product capabilities from 0 to 1
• Expertise in evaluation and quality measurement for non-deterministic AI/LLM systems
• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on coding experience
• Applied AI experience, especially with large language models
