We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually job summary is like a description. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if content exists. We must not repeat job title. We need to preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph about ACCO Brands, EPOS, Kensington commitment. That's like "About the role"? Actually it's about company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Us". But headings list includes "About the role". We'll use that for the introductory summary. - Job Summary paragraph: "We are looking for an innovation focused leader to own the AI and Digital Marketing for the global technology peripherals business..." That's also part of role description. Could be included under About the role. - Responsibilities: multiple bullet points under headings: Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution, AI Strategy & Adoption, Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management. We'll need to output as
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to convert each bullet into
  • . The headings inside responsibilities could be treated as subheadings? But we only allowed headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create extra headings like Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution. Instead we can put all responsibilities under a single
      under

      Responsibilities

. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can keep the bullet points as is. The subheadings inside responsibilities can be kept as part of the
    • text (maybe as bold? but we cannot add tags not allowed? We can keep plain text). That's fine. - Qualifications: list of qualifications bullet points. We'll put under

      Qualifications

      with
      • . - Measures/KPI’s: This seems like expected outcomes; could be considered under "Requirements" or maybe "Skills"? But we have a section "Requirements". The posting includes "Measures/KPI’s" which are expected outcomes; could be considered as part of "Requirements" or maybe "Skills". However we should only create sections if there is real specific content. The Measures/KPI’s list includes specific items: unified strategy, YoY improvement, etc. This is like expected performance metrics. Could be placed under "Requirements" or maybe "Skills". Since we have a "Requirements" section, we can put those there. But we also have a "Qualifications" section for experience/skills. The Measures/KPI’s are more like success metrics; could be under "Requirements". We'll decide to put them under "Requirements". However the posting also has a "Salary Range" line: "Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000". That's Pay. So we need a Pay section with that info. - Benefits: The posting includes "What We Offer" bullet list: Comprehensive medical..., 401(k) match..., Competitive time off..., Parental leave..., Company-paid life..., Critical illness..., Employee assistance programs..., etc. Also "Growing together is how we win." That's more fluff. We'll extract the benefits list. - About Us: The paragraph about ACCO Brands, history, etc. Could be placed under "About the role"? Or maybe we could create an "About the role" section that includes both intro and job summary and About Us? But we should not repeat job title as heading. The "About the role" could contain the company description and job summary. However we also have a separate "About Us" paragraph that is more about the company. Since we don't have a heading for "About Us" in allowed list, we could fold it into "About the role". That's acceptable. - Also there is a line: "Apply now and build a successful future with ACCO Brands." That's application instruction; we must remove. - Also lines about Affirmative Action Program, EEO, etc. Remove. - Also "More information about ACCO Brands can be found at www.accobrands.com." That's maybe not needed but could be considered boilerplate; remove. Thus final HTML:

        About the role

Together, as part of the ACCO Brands, EPOS and Kensington share a commitment to developing innovative solutions that help people work with more productivity, learn with more confidence and play with more enjoyment. We foster an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture that encourages creativity, continuous learning, and the open exchange of ideas. We empower our employees to think boldly, share their perspectives, and make a meaningful impact.

We are looking for an innovation focused leader to own the AI and Digital Marketing for the global technology peripherals business. This is a leadership role with two connected mandates. Digital Marketing: build and execute a unified global digital marketing strategy across the portfolio’s B2B brands (Kensington, EPOS) and consumer brand (PowerA), while leading, coaching and developing a high-performing global digital marketing team. This role requires a strong understanding of website infrastructure, digital performance data, compliance standards, and global coordination. AI Strategy: define and drive the organisation’s AI strategy. This begins with marketing, demand generation and customer experience and in the longer term, across multiple departments throughout the business. The role uniquely blends hands-on digital marketing leadership with enterprise-level AI vision, change management and the credibility to influence at senior levels. This role will suit someone equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver measurable commercial impact. The ideal candidate has experience managing digital teams and executing large-scale, data-informed initiatives across multiple regions.

        Responsibilities

        • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Build and execute a scalable global digital marketing strategy across B2B (Kensington, EPOS) and consumer (PowerA) brands — tailored to each brand's audience, buying cycle and channel mix, and designed to flex with future growth. Lead the in-house digital agency, delivering regional performance marketing campaigns against local teams' objectives, budgets and priorities, and championing a data-driven, test-and-learn culture. Own the full digital channel mix: SEO/GEO/SEM, paid media and programmatic, paid social, email/CRM, content, web/CRO, and analytics/attribution. Define and continuously optimise the global MarTech stack, ensuring data, platforms and measurement are fit for scale and compliant with privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and accessibility (WCAG) standards. Set and manage the global digital marketing budget for efficient allocation and clear, demonstrable ROI. Build a unified measurement and attribution framework that reflects the distinct B2B (Kensington, EPOS) and consumer (PowerA) buying cycles, so revenue contribution is tracked accurately across both without collapsing them into a single model. Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting (GA4, Looker Studio, Google Search Console) that turn website, campaign and sales performance into actionable insight and show marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue to senior leadership.
        • AI Strategy & Adoption: Phase 1 User training, upskilling and governance. Build a test & learn culture within the marketing team and ensure users are clear on what humans should do and what AI can do for them. Build guidelines and guardrails so users are building workflows that are approved by major stakeholders IE Legal & IT. Marketing & CX: define and deliver the AI strategy and roadmap, starting with marketing and customer experience use cases (content generation, discoverability, personalization, campaign and media optimization, customer insight and automation). Prototype and deliver high-value AI proofs of concept, measuring ROI and operational impact. Phase 2 Scale: build on proven, ROI-positive use cases to scale AI adoption across all departments (sales, operations, finance, HR, product, customer service and beyond), with the governance, data-privacy/ethics, tooling and vendor framework to do so responsibly. Lead change management and capability-building — upskilling teams, driving adoption and embedding AI into everyday workflows. Stay ahead of a fast-moving AI landscape and act as internal evangelist and trusted AI advisor to senior leadership and department heads.
        • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead, coach and mentor a team of five digital marketing professionals across multiple regions, building a high-performing, inclusive culture with clear goals and development pathways. Attract, develop and retain top talent, building capability in both digital marketing and AI fluency. Partner with brand, product, sales, e-commerce, Legal, IT/data and regional teams to align strategy with execution. Work closely with the Senior Director, Global Marketing and wider leadership to align marketing and AI priorities with commercial objectives, and secure senior buy-in for AI adoption beyond marketing. Manage external agencies, technology vendors and partners.

        Requirements

        • 10+ years’ digital marketing experience, including several years in a senior leadership or management role.
        • Proven experience leading digital & AI strategy across both B2B and consumer/B2C contexts (or strong, demonstrable range across both).
        • Track record of building and executing global or multi-region digital marketing strategies that delivered measurable commercial results.
        • Deep expertise across the digital channel mix and a modern MarTech stack.
        • Demonstrable experience applying AI and automation to marketing, with the strategic capability to scale it enterprise-wide.
        • Strong commercial and analytical mindset; fluent in performance metrics, attribution and ROI.
        • Proven people leadership — building, coaching and developing high-performing, distributed teams.
        • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at senior/executive level.
        • Strong change-management capability.
        • Measures/KPI’s: A unified, executable global digital marketing strategy adopted across all three brands. Demonstrable year-on-year improvement in core digital marketing KPIs. Ie: global traffic, conversion, MQLs/pipeline (B2B) and e-commerce leads/revenue (consumer). Improved efficiency across digital channels (CAC, conversion rate, ROAS). A target of 3–5 AI proofs of concept (POCs) delivered in marketing/CX with measurable ROI. A leadership-ready AI roadmap for cross-departmental implementation. Evidence of AI adoption and productivity gains beginning to extend beyond marketing. Strong team engagement, capability growth and retention.

        Benefits

        • Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision plans
        • 4% 401(k) match with immediate eligibility and vesting
        • Competitive time off, available from the first day of employment
        • Parental leave
        • Company-paid life and disability benefits
        • Critical illness, accident, and long-term care insurance options
        • Employee and family assistance programs

        Pay

        Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000

We should not include Schedule section because not present. Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed "About Us" paragraph? Actually we included the intro about ACCO Brands commitment in About the role. The "About Us" paragraph about brands and history we omitted; but that is substantive info about company. Should we include it? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The About Us paragraph is substantive about the company. We could fold it into About the role as well. Let's add it after the intro paragraph. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first the commitment paragraph, second the About Us paragraph, third the Job Summary paragraph. Or we can combine. Let's craft:
