Head of AI Core Intelligence - REMOTE

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of core artificial intelligence technologies at Lenovo. This role will be responsible for driving innovation in AI algorithms, models, and systems that enhance product performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI models for various applications within Lenovo's product portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and data science to define and implement AI strategies.
• Lead a team of AI engineers and researchers to advance AI research and development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to AI and data privacy.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• A strong background in machine learning, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience leading AI projects and managing teams.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP).
• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI.
• Experience with AI ethics and fairness.

Pay
