About the role

We are seeking a Head Night Custodian to oversee evening custodial operations in our school buildings.

Responsibilities

• Check steam boilers, HVAC systems, air compressors, and other mechanical & electrical equipment in a school building
• Operate all types of custodial equipment and train other staff on proper cleaning procedures
• Set up and take down seating and equipment for school and public meetings
• Assist in snow removal and maintain clear sidewalks throughout the day
• Apply principles of cleaning to maintain building standards
• Aide in the development of the summer cleaning plan

Pay

Starting pay is $16.25 per hour, commensurate with education and experience.
