HEAD MERCHANT

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Merchant to develop strategies and priorities for five key categories: grocery, dairy, frozen, cheese, and raw ingredients.

In this role, you will work closely with Retail Teams, own the P&L and business strategy, foster strong vendor relationships, develop marketing plans, partner with supply chain to maintain inventory health, drive growth, and provide leadership to the merchandising team.

This position is 100% in-person.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for grocery, dairy, frozen, cheese, and raw ingredients
• Own the P&L and overall business strategy for assigned categories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Create and implement marketing plans to drive sales and growth
• Collaborate with supply chain to ensure inventory health and availability
• Lead and mentor the merchandising team
