Golf Operations

This role directs and oversees all aspects of golf operations, including guest interactions, financial performance, and the overall energy and execution of the golf experience.

Guest Experience

Builds a golf experience people want to return to. Creates energy on the range. Develops leagues and tournaments. Leads an engaged hospitality-first team. Drives innovation without sacrificing operational excellence. Grows the game through culture and creativity.

Team Leadership

Works directly alongside the General Manager and collaborates cross-departmentally with Food & Beverage, Events, and Agronomy.

Men’s & women’s leagues
Toptracer competitions and prize events
Demo days and instruction programming
Club Championships

Tournaments & Events

3-Club Challenges
Couples tournaments
Seasonal and themed events
Year-round community engagement

Operational Excellence

Experience with or willingness to learn:

GolfNow Premier POS
Golf Genius

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Budgeting & reporting

Inventory & purchasing controls

Accounts payable/receivable workflows

Team scheduling and operational system

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Full-time position

Hours may vary depending on the season and events
