About the role
The Head Girls' Softball Coach will lead the team in achieving excellence in both on-field performance and character development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive softball program that promotes athletic skill and character growth.
- Manage daily practices, games, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with other coaches and administrators to ensure a positive team environment.
- Attend all team meetings and parent conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level.
- Experience with character development programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for softball and a commitment to the sport.
