Head Girls Hockey Coach - Century High School

About the Role

Century High School is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as our Head Girls Hockey Coach. We are looking for a strong leader committed to creating a positive team culture, developing student-athletes, and building a successful hockey program both on and off the ice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively lead all aspects of a high school hockey program.

The head coach must communicate clearly and professionally with student-athletes, families, assistant coaches, school administration, and others involved with the program. Most importantly, we are looking for a coach who can connect with, motivate, and inspire student-athletes. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with players, hold them to high standards, and create an environment where student-athletes are excited to compete, improve, and be part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the overall girls hockey program.
• Create an experience that helps student-athletes grow as hockey players, teammates, and young people.

Pay

Coaches who hold a North Dakota teaching license will have wages reportable to the North Dakota Teacher's Fund for Retirement (TFFR). The employee (coach) will contribute 11.75% of their salary, and the District will contribute 12.75%.
