About the role

MSAD 15 is seeking a head cross country coach for the middle school team. The position starts on September 7, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead the middle school cross country team
• Develop and implement training programs
• Manage team logistics including scheduling meets and managing equipment
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and policies

Requirements

• Experience in coaching cross country is preferred but not required
• Able to work independently and manage a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Current State of Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check
