Head Coach - Volleyball (Boys)

Season Dates

March 9, 2027 – June 14, 2027

Qualifications

• DOE certification required (including volunteer coaches) – must hold either a New Jersey Teacher’s Certification or a New Jersey Instructional Substitute Credential (30 college credits)
• Proof of experience required for Substitute Certificate holders
• Coaching experience preferred but not required
• Must be available daily during the spring sports season
• Current (valid) adult CPR/AED and Basic First Aid certification required
• All DOE‑approved certification courses are acceptable
• All new coaches (starting 2007‑2008 school year) must complete the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Course before first employment (one‑time requirement)
• NFHS Concussion in Sports Course – must be completed and renewed annually
• NFHS Heat Illness Prevention Course – must be completed and renewed annually
• NFHS Implicit Bias Course – one‑time requirement
• BeNice Program – one‑time requirement
• Alternatives to the above qualifications may be accepted as determined by the Superintendent
