Head Coach, Men's Lacrosse

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the men's lacrosse program, developing and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and player development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for players
• Manage team travel and logistics
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to improve team dynamics
• Conduct pre-season and post-season evaluations
• Attend games and practices to provide feedback and support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sports management, education, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the college level
• Experience with NCAA rules and regulations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Strong understanding of lacrosse rules and strategy
• Effective communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
