About the role
The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching and administrating Albion College’s sports team. This includes (but not limited to) film breakdown, conditioning, technique training, mental preparation, and game plan preparation. Additionally, the position involves working closely with Admissions in recruiting students.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 to 4 years of combined experience as a NCAA athlete or student manager and competitive coach
- Minimum 2 years coaching experience required; NCAA experience preferred
