- Plan, organize, and conduct practices for the boys swimming and diving team.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve athlete performance.
- Coordinate meet schedules, transportation, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with school, district, and state athletic policies and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
