About the role
The successful candidate will lead the boys volleyball program at Mullen High School.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive volleyball training program
- Coach team practices and games
- Work closely with the athletic director and administration
- Maintain high standards of conduct and ethics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physical education or related field
- Proven success as a head coach at the high school level
- Experience with age-appropriate volleyball techniques and strategies
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Skills
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Proficient in volleyball coaching techniques
