We are looking for a Head Chocolatier to join our Chocolate Team at BE Chocolat in Fairfield, CT. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about chocolate and working alongside our amazing chocolate team.
Job requires
- Managing a team of 3 part-time chocolatiers
- Managing inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Creating new recipes
- Forecasting peak season production
- Tempering cocoa butter and chocolate in bowls and on marble
- Piping fillings with precision and consistency
- Following recipes precisely

Requirements
- Experience working with (or adjacent to) chocolate
- Experience ordering and managing inventory preferred
- Managerial experience preferred
- Minimum of 4 years in the food industry preferred
