Head Chef

The Role

This is an unparalleled opportunity for a passionate and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team and ensure that BLU Oasis offers a dining experience as dynamic as our nightlife.

Reporting to the General Manager and with an expected start date in August, you will oversee the kitchen operations, create innovative menus, and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation. You will lead, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that complement the vibrant atmosphere of BLU Oasis.

• Extensive experience as a Head Chef in high-end restaurants or nightclubs
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating your team
• Expertise in menu creation and cost control
• A flair for innovation and creativity in the kitchen
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
