As an Experienced Painter you will be expected to be highly skilled in painting (base coats, tri‑coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats), blending adjacent panels, and paint correcting vehicles, using state‑of‑the‑art tools in one of our high‑tech Inspection Centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting of base coats, tri‑coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats.
• Blend adjacent panels to achieve a seamless finish.
• Conduct paint correcting on vehicles.
• Operate state‑of‑the‑art painting equipment in high‑tech Inspection Centers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat or cold).
• Use of required safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
