About the Role
Head 8th Grade Basketball Coach (Girls) for the winter season of the 2026-2027 school year.
Pay
Salary range of $3,409.00 - $5,238.00, paid in two installments.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio Certificate/License/Permit in the appropriate area (required for all applicants).
- Proper athletic certification (required if hired). Certifications may be submitted with your application if already complete.
- Applicants who are not yet certified may still apply.
- Completion of the following certifications (available through Coaches' Tool Chest for a $49 fee; renews yearly):
- Fundamentals of Coaching
- First Aid for Coaches
- Concussion Training
- CPR Training
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training
- Pupil Activity Permit (PAP) through the Ohio Department of Education (price varies; typically a 3 or 5-year permit). An OH-ID login is required for access. More details here.
- Background check (required if hired; $47.25 fee, payable by cash, check, or charge). Can be scheduled through the Background Check Calendar at the Beavercreek City Schools board office (4029 Executive Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45430).
