About the role

The Franklin Housing Authority (FHA) is hiring an HCV/Tax Credit Occupancy Specialist to support its growing Section 8 and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with the organization’s Section 8 and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs
• Responsible for Housing Choice Voucher and Low Income Housing Tax Credit re-certifications

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience with either Section 8 or Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties
• Section 8 or LIHTC certifications are preferred
