Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HCM sector
- Present product features and benefits to potential clients
- Close deals through effective communication and negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in technology or professional services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Passionate about HCM solutions and their impact on organizations
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
