About the Project

We were contacted by the customer's IT service provider to install a Cisco Webex Room Kit in three conference rooms, as well as replace every single access point bracket, all within a single day.

Customized Solution

Each conference room presented unique requirements, so we tailored our solution to meet the specific needs of each room. This included mounting a Room Navigator next to the door on the outside of each room and hiding cables from the top of the table by drilling holes in equally spaced intervals to run the microphone and "Room Navigator" cables through.

Installation Details

In two of the rooms, we mounted a media bar, and in one room, we also installed a TV. The third conference room required a different approach, as it featured a Cisco Board Pro G2, a two-in-one device that is extremely heavy and necessitated reinforcing the wall to ensure safe installation.

Results

Our team successfully replaced all of the brackets and completed the installation within the required timeframe, resulting in a satisfied customer who appreciated the efficient completion of the project in a single day.
