Responsibilities

  • One-on-one personal in-home care focusing on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Available for day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Bonus pay for some holidays

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable car
  • Valid HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA certification in Washington state

Pay

  • $22/hr for caregivers with a valid CNA or HCA
  • $21.30/hr for caregivers without certification
  • Pay increase every 500 hours of service in your first year (part-time)
  • Paid mileage reimbursement and compensation for drive time between clients
