About the role
A passion to serve Seniors is key. You must be HCA certified or a Certified Nurse Aide. One-year experience in working with older adults is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed.
- Relate to residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances.
- Work in a team setting and convey strong public-relations skills.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers, residents, and staff.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime, as needed.
- Must have a genuine interest in the care of the elderly and for issues that impact the elderly.
- Must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
- Must have one-year experience in working with older adults.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Must be HCA certified or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Pay
The salary range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
