As a Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant (HCA) you will join a mission‑focused team that values growth, fun, and lifelong skill development.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting.
• Provide a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members each day.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through compassionate care.

Requirements

• Obtain a Washington state CNA or HCA certificate within 120 days of hire, or have an active Washington state CNA certificate. A Home Care Aide certificate is also acceptable.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid and Food Handlers certifications if not already held.
• Commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to continue learning, improve skills, and maintain confidentiality.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Open availability, including days, swing, and weekends.
