About the role

Job Description Project/Program: New York State Electronic Certificate of Need (NYSE-CON). This Software Developer position will provide a Java developer and technical lead for development of the NYSE-CON project.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and develop system models specifying interactions between multiple systems.
• Develop and/or modify technical and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation.
• Develop web pages and user interfaces.
• Software development and deployment tasks including coding, testing, and implementation.

Requirements

Software Developer– Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software. Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Qualifications

• 84 Months of experience in object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) in designing and implementing information technology solutions using the Java programming language.
• 48 Months of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and developing procedures and packages.
• 36 Months of experience using the Spring MVC framework.
• 24 Months of experience using the Struts framework.
• 24 Months of experience using JavaScript frameworks.
• 12 Months of experience building responsive web applications.
• 12 Months of experience developing Java web services (REST and SOAP).
• 12 Months of experience using CI/CD pipeline.
