About the Program

Develop and support Java applications for the OPWDD Modernization and Remediation Program.

Responsibilities

• Design and create scripts for databases.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Java applications.
• Test applications.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Assist with implementation and ITSM incidents.

Mandatory Qualifications

Software Developer – involved with all facets of the software development process, including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation of computer software.

• 84+ months of experience as an expert-level candidate able to provide guidance to large teams and/or with extensive industry experience at the top of his/her field.

Required Experience

• 84 months programming server-side Java web applications, separating an application into distinct layers (Data, Application, Presentation) using JDK 1.6 or higher.
• 60 months writing queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers in Oracle 11g or higher.
• 48 months of development experience in database design and object creation/modification of databases consisting of 20+ tables in Oracle 11g or higher.
• 48 months programming experience with Java Server Faces 2.0 or higher.
• 36 months programming experience with Java Persistence API 2.0 or higher.
• 36 months experience with JavaScript/JQuery.
