Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform general duties for Credit Advocates as requested
• Take calls from clients and answer questions regarding HBC and enrollment
• Make initial call to customers for all new enrollments referred by Loan Officers
• Send out enrollment packets to customers for membership into HBC
• Enroll customers into HBC within the HBC Database
• Follow up with clients on a daily/weekly basis
• Communicate with Credit Advocates, Loan Officers, and Sales Agents about referrals daily
• Input data into HBC database on a consistent basis
• Update, maintain and communicate status of referrals, enrollees, closings to all involved parties on a regular basis

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
