About the Role
The committee will collaborate to plan and execute Havana Nights, a themed networking event inspired by the vibrant energy and culture of Havana after dark.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate entertainment such as salsa music and dance lessons
- Organize a curated rum tasting experience
- Develop event elements that reflect the flavor, rhythm, and atmosphere of the theme
- Assist with securing sponsorships
- Coordinate event logistics
- Promote the event
- Create an engaging environment where attendees can connect, enjoy the music, and experience a lively cultural celebration
